Thank you for shopping with Yood Co. All orders are handmade/custom produced in Arizona, and we ship anywhere in the United States.
Free Shipping Over $99
Orders totaling $99.00 USD or more (before tax) qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the United States.
Free shipping automatically applies at checkout when eligible.
Shipping Rates
For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

UPS Ground (for heavier parcels)
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: 2–5 business days
(Does not include weekends or holidays.)
Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time; details will be noted on the product page if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Yood Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@yoodco.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or carrier claim when possible.
Please note: once a package is marked “Delivered,” Yood Co. is not responsible for stolen items.
