1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

After 7 days, we cannot guarantee approval for returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

3. Damaged or Defective Items

4. Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We allow exchanges for eligible items based on availability. If the requested replacement is not available, you may choose:

6. Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production has not begun.
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has started.
